Wear Personal Protective Equipment inside the event and in confined spaces. Wearing facemasks will be mandatory during your visit, we will provide masks (if somebody will not have one handy).  ALL OUR EXHIBITORS AND STAFF will wear facemasks and face shields to attend you.

Constant cleaning will be done before and during the show. Every day, we will disinfect all areas before activities and cleaning common areas every half hour.

Keep your distance. Maintain at least a 1.5 meters distance between yourself and others, both on your journey and when you start conversations. We will provide floor guidance system to support social distancing. Do not greet with kisses, handshake or hugs.

Identify and follow the signage on the floor and throughout the event, this will help us regulate the flows of people in aisles for a safer trip.

We will place gel dispensers and hand washing points distributed on the exhibition floor. Follow the hygiene protocol at the show: Regularly wash your hands with soap and water or use the alcohol-based gel dispensers to clean them; cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, and properly dispose of your tissues.

We will put up posters with the maximum capacities per area and we will have personnel in charge of counting people. Identify and abide the maximum number of people who can be inside our convivial zones, such as conference rooms, workshops and food areas. Use only the available places and do not move the furniture, as it has been placed to respect the healthy distance.
